Entire website disappeared, including email.

Hi,
Since 20th December our website oxfordmicrofinance.org has been unavailable, as has oxfordmicrofinance.wordpress.com. However, we are still paying for the domain mapping and can preview the site under oxfordmicrofinance.wordpress.com/hp-admin.
The e-mail (@oxfordmicrofinance.org, via Google) seems to also have stopped working.
Please help! We are a small charitable organisation without IT capabilities.
What is easy troubleshooting I can do?

It looks like your domain oxfordmicrofinance.org expired on November 7, 2013, and is currently in the redemption period. You will need to contact your domain registrar, Name.com, for assistance in recovering the domain. Please note that time is of the essence, and it may not be possible to still recover your domain.
If you cannot recover your domain, please let me know, and I can remove the domain mapping and make the site available under the underlying WordPress.com address again.
