Entire WP Site is Broken

We need some immediate help here. When I went to log in, the log in page looked different. Not only that, but it’s not letting me log in, even though I know the password is correct. When I try to reset the password, I never receive an email to do so.
Plus, the site itself is now completely broken. There are three horizontal lines and a huge black ‘X’ at the top of the page, and all of the content is scattered about the page.
Need some immediate assistance here — is this a sitewide outage or what?

Sorry to hear your site is having issues.
I took a look at the site and it looks like it is not hosted on a wordpress server. I recommend you go over to the WordPress.org support forum and ask for help there.

You may also want to try a restore to a previous version of your website which did not have this problem.
But also the log in issue is likely preventing that.
I recommend checking with your server, Cloudflare and the registrar Namecheap
