Yes, we had a carding attack. Would upgrading to an Entrepreneur Plan be able to prevent that happening again?

Upgrading to the Entrepreneur plan will not help prevent the carding attack. Ideally, the payment gateway provider that you are using should be able to detect and prevent carding attack.
