entrymeta

Hi
I’m building a site that has a number of ‘static’ pages (for example, an ‘about’ and ‘gallery’ page) and a active blog page. On the static pages, a small ‘edit’ link appears underneath the page content which I would like to remove.
I figured I could set the CSS of #entrymeta to ‘display:none’ (as the div that contains the ‘edit’ link on the static pages isI was wondering, does anyone have an effective workaround for this?
Best regards

nope. it seems to be visible to the ‘rest of the world’ as well. and then, when clicked through, goes to a page saying “You are not allowed to edit this page.”
here’s the page in question, as an example: http://emmabradbury.com/gallery/
Thanks for your thoughts :) -
sorry, ignore that, you were right. I’ve checked on another machine and the ‘edit’ link was absent. must be because i’m logged in as another user.
thanks! -
Glad to hear it- makes a bit more sense. I wasn’t sure if I understood the problem, but can hardly claim to be part of the solution.
