Hello! Custom themes and plugins cannot be uploaded to WordPress.COM blogs, so it looks like you’re looking for help with your WordPress.ORG (self-hosted) installation.
If so, this is the wrong forum to post in. :(
WordPress.ORG support can be found here –
This forum is for WordPress.COM support.
Here is a quick rundown of the differences between WordPress .COM and .ORG –

Thanks. we dont really want to go down the route of finding hosting. we have paid for the premium service but looks like we will need to cancel that. is there no way you could allow us to install that one plugin or allow us to purchase hosting through .org

Hi again! As described in the link above, WordPress.COM allows you to start a blog and build a readership quickly and easily, because the tech stuff is taken care of for you. The trade off, of course, is that you don’t get to use all the custom themes and plugins you want, because WordPress.COM focuses on installing and maintaing the themes and plugins that most of its users use.
Thus, niche plugins are often not supported on the site, and no, you cannot upload plugins to it yourself.
However, if you want to use that plugin, you can just run a WordPress.ORG install of your own. If you would like to purchase some hosting that WordPress.ORG recommends, have a look at this page –
All those hosts come recommended by WordPress.ORG, and WordPress is known to run great on their servers. :) Hope this information helped. Please do ask again if you have any other questions!
