Envato token to complete registration.

  Hi There,

  I bought Avada theme in 2017. I just deleted my site to dedo it and now it needs the Envato token to complete registration. My old company bought the theme on their account and I cant get hold of them for the token code to complete registration. Is there an alternative way?

  Hi Jessica,
  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You’ll want to see if you can recover that by contacting the theme seller. It’s not part of WordPress.com and the theme wasn’t sold here, so unfortunately we can’t help much from here.
