  I want envato to upload my theme from theme forest for $50 but not sure if i would have to make this a business profile first. Not sure what FTP information that it is looking for either.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Uploading a custom theme (or Third Party Theme) is only available through the WordPress Business plan:
