EPP authorization code

  I am trying to transfert a wordpress blog to Blue Host. I followed every instructions online to get the EPP authorization code but I haven’t received it yet. I clicked often to get the code by email, but I have not received it. Did I forget something?

  If you bought the domain name through WordPress.com, you can simply change the nameservers to those of your new hosting company like this:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers

  If you want to switch registrars, this is how to get the authorization code:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar

  Thanks.
  I did every step for the registrars switch, but got stuck ay step 3, and never got the email containing the code. And there is no pending domain in the account…

  I found the problem. CHanging the host desactivate my email account… simple.
