A few questions for clarification on what you are working to accomplish.
Are you moving the domain away from WordPress.com or looking to change your setup here so that thecastleseeker.com shows the content that is current at https://thecastleseeker.wordpress.com/?
Does your domain purchase show in your purchases? If not, could you verify that it was purchased using the account you are currently logged in to?

Hi @thecastleseeker, the domain isn’t showing up because you cancelled it on this side. In this case, I was able to restore it to your account.
You’ll need to use the transfer option instead of cancelling:
You can also point the domain there first if you want it to start working there sooner:
Once the transfer is complete and you can see the domain at Bluehost, you’re welcome to cancel any remaining upgrades if you’d like.
