  I’m having trouble transferring my domain and getting my EPP Authorization Code.

  Hi! It looks like you canceled the domain instead of transferring it. Had you contacted us a few days ago we could just un-cancel it for you, but unfortunately, at this point, it’s in Domain Redemption. So it’s not letting you transfer the domain because it’s not currently in the system.

  Would you like us to send an invoice for the domain redemption fee ($80), or would you like to let the process continue? Please be aware it takes several weeks, and we can’t guarantee you’ll get the domain back.
