EPP authorization code is not valid.
-
I am trying to host with BlueHost for my blog hisherguide.com. I requested my authorization code from WordPress, which was sent to me, but when I plug it in at BlueHost to initiate the transfer it doesn’t work. It says the EPP authorization code was invalid.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy!
Occasionally, the EPP code can expire after a certain period of time. If you resend the EPP code following the instructions below, do you receive the same code that you’ve tried before?
If so, please let me know!

Hi there. It is the same EPP code every time I request it following the instructions below. I put in the code right after I get the email, so I don’t see how it would expire in a matter of seconds.

Hi Annette,
Are you referring to hishersguide.com? If so, that page looks like it’s successfully loading your self-hosted site on my side (it’s an empty TwentyFourteen theme). Is it working correctly on your side now? Please note, you may need to clear your browser’s cache for it to load properly. Instructions can be found here:
Regarding your EPP code, I’ve emailed the registrar to have it reset. I will let you know as soon as you can request a new one!

Hi there. It looks like there was a mix up on bluehost’s end and the wrong url was inputted to be transferred. They have hisherguide.com (no “s” after her) instead of hishersguide.com. I guess I will wait for the new EPP code and then try again with the corrected url on bluehost. Thanks!

Sounds great! I’ll let you know as soon as I get confirmation that the EPP code was reset.
