  thanks! My husband has read through these, but there is no option to toggle on to domains at all? Any help greatly appreciated!

  I just re-checked the domain you’re asking about and I can see it’s associated with a different WordPress.com account. That’s why you’re not seeing anything in your beequeenbeady account.

  Once you’re logged in with the current account, you’ll see the options mentioned in the support docs.

  If you can no longer remember the password for that account you can reset it here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
