  Hi Velda,

  I’m unable to find the option to transfer the domain listed under My Domains. Already signed up for bluehost, but without the EPP I’m stuck. Any ideas as to why that wouldn’t be listed?

  @drunkengrass I wasn’t actually able to find any domain registrations under your account. I see a mapped domain, but it’s registered through domain.com .

  Or, if you’re definitely working with a domain registered through us, it could have been registered through a different account. Only the domain owner would be able to transfer it.
