Hi there,
The account you are using to post here does not own any domains on WordPress.com. What domain are you trying to transfer?
Only the owner of a domain can request a transfer code, and the only way to request that is from My Site ->Domains while logged into the account.
If you’re speaking of the domain, maltadigeris.co.uk, that domain was transferred away from us on Friday, and is no longer registered to your account on WordPress.com.

Yes, that is the domain I’m talking about, and I need my EPP code which wasn’t ever sent to me.
Can you please email it to me?
It is a requirement that you send me the code as I need to transfer my domain now.I followed the steps which you listed above from wordpress support, with the difference that on your support page shows that once the domain as been unlocked and requested for a transfer you should send me my EPP/Transfer code.
This situation didn’t happen, and I cannot find a faster way to reach to you except writing on this forum, since there is no call customer service or a live chat for non premium member. Please provide my EPP code, and I need it asap.
Thank you

No, I cannot email the EPP code to you.
Only someone logged into the account that owns the domain can request the code, and that code is sent directly from our domain provider – I don’t even have access to that code.
As I also said above, the domain maltadigeris.co.uk was transferred away from WordPress.com two days ago. We no longer have any control over that domain, and to obtain an EPP code for that domain you’ll now need to contact the new registrar, publicdomainregistry.com.
However, note that a domain cannot be transferred for 60 days after the last transfer, so even if you got the code from publicdomainregistry.com now, you won’t be able to anything with it for another 58 days.

As I followed the instructions on your support page, you were meant to send me the EPP code once I request the transfer.
Here is exactly what I did:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/The difference is that I’ve never received any email with any transfer code.
I believe you should have been able to provide my EPP code as I followed every step above linked. Why this hasn’t happened?

Your domain is successfully transferred, so I don’t understand why you are still asking for the code. The only thing that code can be used for is to initiate a transfer, and the transfer already took place.
You wouldn’t have been able to transfer the domain without the code, so someone must have received it in order to provide it to your new domain provider. Please contact them if you need any more help with this domain.

I understand, but I don’t think you are meeting your end of the contract by not allowing me access to something which I think I’m entitled to, such as my EPP code, as this is MY domain and my details linked with it.
“You wouldn’t have been able to transfer the domain without the code, so someone must have received it in order to provide it to your new domain provider.”
That someone wasn’t me, the owner.

The only people who can now provide you an EPP code for the domain is publicdomainregistry.com, as they are now the registrar and would have set a new EPP code on the domain the moment it was moved to their system. I have no way of knowing what the EPP code was for the domain when it was registered with us, and no way of resending it as the domain is no longer registered with us, and the code it had when it was no longer exists.
I also don’t know why you did not receive it. But the domain transferred, which is the only thing that code could possibly have been used for.
There are no details at all linked to the EPP code. It’s simply a code made up of random numbers, letters and punctuation marks, and is unique to a specific domain while it is under the control of a specific registrar. Knowing that code does not give anyone access to any other information regarding a domain or the domain’s owner, and it can only be used for the sole purpose of initiating a transfer from one domain provider to another.
