  I can’t get the EPP code from my old domain provider. They won’t reply to my requests. What can I do?

  Hi

  There is not much you can do if you do not have the EPP code, the domain transfer is blocked untill you provide that code.

  A the old domain provided, haven’t you got any dashboard from where you can generate the code?

  Or you might try an alternative contact method to get in touch with them.
