  hello, I got my EPP code but i still cant transfer my domain and use it in WordPress. Please help

  Correct account: Yes

  Some domain registrars also lock your domain.

  If that’s the case, you’ll need to unlock the domain before you can transfer it.

  I would suggest you contact the support team where your domain is registered to see if it’s locked and if there are any steps you need to take before they’ll release it.

  Additionally, if you purchased the domain in the last 60 days, you’ll not be able to transfer it.

  You can, however, configure it to use WordPress.com’s servers now and transfer it later when the 60-day waiting period is over.

  Hi @strandjaagro,

  Just to add to the above, with a plan upgrade, you can connect an existing domain to WordPress.com, as well as remove ads.

  It’s worth noting that a new annual plan purchase includes a one-year free domain registration. You can use this to transfer your domain to WordPress.com, extending its expiry by a year.
