  Hi there!

  I see that you added a domain connection for pawspalace.co.uk, is that the domain you wanted to transfer to us?

  We don’t support incoming transfers for domains that end in .co.uk. However, you can still use your domain by pointing it to your WordPress.com site.

  There are two ways to do this:

  1. The recommended way is to change the domain’s nameservers to point it to WordPress.com. You can see how to do this here. You need to do this at your domain registrar’s end, where you own the domain pawspalace.co.uk.
     Note: If you have email services connected to the domain, you’d need to add the DNS records to our side first before changing the nameservers. Please contact your email service provider and ask them to send you the DNS records. You can send them to us via this link, and we can add them to the domain on our side.
  2. The alternative method is using a set of IP addresses.

  After the domain is pointed to your WordPress.com site, the change can take up to 72 hours to take effect. You can then set your domain as the primary address by following the steps here.
