EPP Code for domain transfer

  Anyone know how i can get this code?

  I tried to send the authorisation code based on the wordpress support pages to myself.
  However, I have not recieved any emails either.

  Are the authorisation code and the EPP code the same?
  If so, how long does it take for the authorisation code to be sent?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
