EPP Code for Locked Domain at JustHost

    Hi,
    I deactivated and unlocked my domain RickyRyba.com with JustHost.com but WordPress is saving that it’s still taken. I reached out to JustHost and they provided me with the EPP and told me it’s completely unlocked and available now. Please see below:

    That’s right — rickyryba.com is showing as taken because it is already registered with JustHost. If you want to transfer the domain to WordPress.com, you’ll need to work through these steps:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

    Select Already own a domain? from the Domains page and you should see a transfer option. We’ll then ask for the EEP code to initiate the transfer. It’s important not to cancel the domain at JustHost or the transfer won’t be successful — only active domains can be transferred.

    We’ve redacted the EEP code you shared on these public forums, as it’s best only you have access to that information :)
