EPP Code is not sending

Getting really frustrated as I cannot seem to contact wordpress for help or any assistance. I requested my EPP code 6 days ago, and it has not come through. The email address in the contact info is correct, it has not come through to my spam folder either. I am trying to switch to wordpress.org to self-host for both my blog and my business and cannoy launch either side until i can get my URL transferred.
Please help!

This is strange. Looks like the domain you linked to (arbitraryscrawling.com) is already transferred to Bluehost/Fastdomains.
This domain was indeed previously registered with Wild West Domains (partner of WordPress.com), but now the DNS records, including name servers, point to Bluehost—along with registrar change.

Hi ehtis – I had to hit the ‘transfer domain button’ another three times today, and then it finally sent. I gave up on waiting for help. Not sure why it took so many requests, but third time today was the charm.
