EPP Code, just to clarify

    hi,

    i need an EPP code. I followed the help given by the support. But I’m . My domain name was purchased by wordpress. When I click on “send me by mail” in the management interface, here’s the mail I get: The information you Requested authorization IS AS FOLLOWS: Domain Name: (my domain) Authorization Info: [EPP code removed]. My new provider “hostgator” need this code to transfert my domain, but, this code is not the good one. and this code is not good. The procedure initiated by hostgator has failed because of this code (which is false). I sent two messages to the support, no answers. Please help me, thank you.

    The forum volunteers cannot assist you with this, only Support. If you have contacted them, they will get back to you. Please also check your email spam folder to make certain any letter from them hasn’t ended up there.
