EPP code not working while connecting to an external domain

Hi sir,
My domain is “steven.tw”.
When I try reconnecting this domain to WordPress’s blog, it always tells me the error message as the topic.
And Yes, this domain was connected before.
Because I delayed paying the annual expense of WordPress’s blog, I need to reconnect them again.Would you please help me to solve this issue?

Got the same issue here for “kakelhusetkarlskrona.se” worked before but not now when trying to reconnect the domain.
