EPP CODE (Transfer Code) never arrived

  I want to transfer my domain (registered at wordpress.com) to another registrar, I asked for the Transfer Code (EPP Code) but it didn’t arrived. The email address in my personal settings is correct, as I received the ‘export’ .xml file. How can I get this code???

  For transfer codes, the email that the code is sent to is the address associated with the domain registration, not the email associated with your WordPress.com account. They may be the same, but they may not be. Do you know if yours are the same?

  It wasn’t, I had a different email address when I registered the domain. Now I have the right code. Thank you very much!
