EPP Code Will Not Send

  I requested my EPP code on Tuesday afternoon (nearly 4 days ago), and have not yet received it. I am attempting to migrate over to WordPress.org using Bluehost, so that I can move forward with my blog and business website, but nothing is sending.

  Does anyone know if this is a common issue that it takes more than a few days for it to send?
