  I would like the EPP release codes to transfer the domain: petsenrichingtroops.org from Wild West Domains LLC to SiteGround.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately that is not going to work. We do not have control of the domain. It was somehow lost in transfer between Wix and SiteGround. Wild West Domains say that your team controls it.

  This domain was originally purchased and registered through Wix, and they said they can no longer do anything, but nobody I have talked to has been able to transfer my domain to SiteGround. Everyone just points me to another person or a knowledge base article that is 20% relevant at best.

  I see the issue.

  Your domain is associated with a different WordPress.com account, but it *is* registered with us at WordPress.com.

  I recommend you look at your past receipts, and try logging into WordPress.com with the email address that they were sent to.

  Then you can follow this guide to transfer the registration elsewhere:
