Equal height columns

    Hello. I am working on a website using the Appleton theme. I am trying to create a top bar above the header. I have created a top bar column, and inside of this is 2 columns. The first column has text:”time to relax time to heal.” The second column has 3 columns within it to add a phone number and email. One column is empty to just create a space. I am wondering how to get all of the columns to be the same height? I find that the green column on the left is shorter than the orange in the editor but then is larger when I view the site live. I have spent ages adjusting the padding and block spacing but can still find no solution. Basically I want 2 columns the same height but different colors. I am also wanting the empty column to disappear on smaller devices. Any help with this top bar would be most appreciated:)
