Equal height columns in layout grids

  Hello,

  I was hoping I could get help with a small issue. I am having trouble making all of my layout grid columns the same heights. Ive been playing around with the page builder and cant seem to find a setting for this, and haven’t found an applicable code that works. At first they columns seem equal but when I resize the page they become unequal so they are not being responsive. This happens for my last 3 layout grids on this page: https://digitaltherapysolutions.com/services/.
