Erase a comment
-
I want to erase a comment I wrote several years ago on a friend’s blog because I appear under my real name and last name on it. I have changed my public name though, which is the current one. I somehow still appear under my true identity.

That’s not possible without the cooperation of the blogger whose post you submitted the comment to. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/comments/#can-i-edit-comments-i-left-on-someone-else%E2%80%99s-blog

thank you for repying. Still, how come it is now my nickname that appears BUT my name and last name ? I can leave the comment as long as I can change the name it appears under. But it just wouldn’t change…

Your name was likely set when you made the comment initially. Your best bet at this time is to contact the person who runs the blog and ask them to remove it, as we do not modify comments on WordPress.com blogs.
