erase all content and reimport

how can the support team erase all content I have, so I can start fresh? i’d like that to happen.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can empty your site, but if I do that, you’ll lose *all* content including posts, pages, and images.
Once we do that, you will *not* be able to restore that content. It will be permanently deleted.
Do you still want to empty your site? If so, confirm its address please.

hi chrisrudzki, I made the ‘bulk erase’ and am trying to import a new .xml (that came from blogger) and wordpress says “Your file has been successfully uploaded. We will begin processing your import right away.” but nothing happens, no content is imported. did I do something wrong on the bulk erase? can you please erase everything so I can start over? what is the problem with the wordpress import? i’ve tried several times over the days! and always the same response

Well, after your xml import you still need to link or associate the pages from your “old” site to your new one. (old pages such as “home”, “about”, “contact us”, etc). You may want to use “Portfolios” to manage the pages.
To enable your “Portfolios” go to: batepapocomnetuno.wordpress.com/wp-admin/, go to “Settings”, under “Writing”, scroll all the way down to “Your Custom Content Types” and “Enable” the “Portfolio Types” – the default number of Portfolio pages is 10 but you can modify that if you wish. Save your changes.
After your changes are saved, you will notice that a new menu item called “Portfolio” will be displayed. There you will “Add New” for every main item from your original site. (for example, you would “Add New” item called “Home”)

actually, Daubian, I just want to start fresh and import the .xml (that has the posts and pages and categories, they weren’t imported by wordpress!!), I’m thinking about dealing with menus & layout later, I am still very new at wordpress and didn’t even understand properly what is the intend of the portifolio section. i’ll try to read what it does, i’m trying to start a very simple blog from now and hope to develop it more deeply (and to understand what you said…. is it about the permalink error import? I’ll have to deal with that later, I guess, but my error now is before that – weirdly a basal one, wordpress is not getting the pages&posts!)

can you please delete all from batepapocomnetuno.wordpress.com and chatwithneptune.wordpress.com? I wanna start fresh, from zero, brand new, because the .xml import was bugged. but wanna keep the names of the blogs. and chrisrudzki, what’s the email that I should send the .xml to? thanks.
