Hello @loredanarus,
Did you just empty your blog or did you delete it for good?
When emptying your blog, make sure to trash also all the documents you don’t want to stay online from your Media Library. Even if you delete the page where a document was linked in, it stays ‘online’ as every single media you upload has got a specific personal URL (which makes them appear on the browser).
Therefore, once you bin them you’re deleting also their specific URLs, so they shouldn’t be able to get found on the web.I hope this is clear :) Let me know if you have any doubts or questions. Thanks!

It’s not working anything.
I erase today my blog and in the media folder did’t apear any file or doc. But after I deteled it, one of my docs still apears on Google.
Who can erase it? I don’t find any contact form for WordPress to ask them to delete it.
The file is here: https://geografiaturismului2015.files.wordpress.com/2015/07/curs_metodologia-cercetarii-in-gt_lpatiov-filip.pdf
And on Google it apears here: https://www.google.ro/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=metodologia%20cercetarii%20in%20turism as doc.
How can I erase it, if I can’t see it on my account?
Please help -
That URL produces a 404 file not found error message. That indicates that it has been deleted from the wordpress.COM servers. We cannot help you with this or any search engine issues.
Try logging out and clear your browser cache please https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache to see if you also get a 404.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blogs and/or blog content does not remove indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it produces a 404 (page not found):

I reported the url to Google. Hope they will help me remove it from search engine.
Thank you very much for the quick response. -
