ERASE "Leave a Reply" section

  I want to erase the comments section on my page- I dont want ANYONE to be able to comment so how do you erase “Leave a Reply?”
  I went to the settings and everything is unchecked yet that stupid comment box is still on every page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
