  i want to make a site but i can’t erase everything from that. i want to keep my url 3star98.wordpress.com

  Unfortunately, 3star98.wordpress.com has been deleted and it’s the policy of WordPress.com not to allow blog names to be reused: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can create a new blog using a variation of the original name, though.
