Erasing data of url

  I want to erase the data of my other url but since it’s old, I do not have the verification information required. The URL is my name. How can I proceed?

  Correct account: Yes

  Hello,

  I cannot use the form, because the URL is old and I do not have any of the items of Proof of Ownership required. I a send proof of my ID. Where should I send it?

  Hi again,

  Those are the only forms of proof we are able to accept for account recovery purposes, so there is not an alternate form that we are able to accept such as a photo ID.
