erasing the blog and account

  I´m not content with how the text looks, the blank rows disapear. How do I erase my blog and my account?

  WordPress.com can not delete your account. site/https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
  You do have the ability to delete your blog and leave your account inactive. Here are instructions to delete your site https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-
