ERR CONNECTION

  Hello. I’ve been trying to access my site (heyitsmeroseanne.com) but unfortunately it says wordpress.com unexpectedly closed the connection and I’m sure that we have a stable connection since I also have other sites open. Is there any way I can resolve this issue? Thank you.

  Hi there,

  I can load that site without any issues, so the problem is not on our end.

  Just because you can load other sites it doesn’t rule out your connection as the problem. Your ISP could be blocking our IP addresses, there could be a problem in your computer’s or router’s DNS cache preventing you from connecting to only our servers, something in your browser or your computer’s firewall could be blocking the connection, or a bunch of other stuff.

  Please clear your browser cache and cookies, and unplug your modem/router to reset it. If that doesn’t make any difference, please check if you can load the site if you use a different connection or a different browser.
