‘ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT’ shows when i’m trying to load my site

  Good day!

  I can’t open my website and the loading page shows:

  This site can’t be reached
  caughtonadaydream.wordpress.com took too long to respond.
  Try:

  Checking the connection
  Checking the proxy and the firewall
  Running Windows Network Diagnostics
  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

  I checked all the cache in my browser, and the internet connection. What else would i need to check?

  There are and there were no known issues on the wordpress.com platform. This error is almost always caused by a local connection problem.
