ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS (no more access to my WP admin)

  Hellooo :)

  I can’t access to my wp admin, I get the error code “too many requests”

  It appears that the site is victim of an SEO spam attack: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/uneviesereine.com (and indeed my sitemap is full of spam: https://uneviesereine.com/post-sitemap.xml) BUT the date of the majority of the spams are from 2010 and my website used to run normally until now, so I really don’t know if it’s the problem…

  What to do? I tried to restore my database + FTP via my OVH console but the date of the attack is before the backups to which I have access….

  I already renamed all of the plugins/theme to try to identify the problem, everything seems to work except for wordfence and wpoptimize, if I delete them, the whole site doesn’t work anymore.

  we can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com. but I can tell you for sure your wordpress.org version and php are completely outdated.

  you must contact your hosting support to update the php version.
