Erro 310
-
I have been getting the 310 error every time I’ve tried to bring up my blog for the last two days. I have contacted WordPress times and now response yet. I have already cleared my cache and cookies and made certain that I accept 3rd party cookies and even restored my computer to two days before I started seeing the error. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you trying to forward and mask rather than purchasing a domain mapping upgrade? I’m asking because there appear to be too many redirects.
-
To the best of my knowledge, I have that upgrade. I’ve had it from the beginning, but it still always redirects to the wordpress address. I’ve always been able to access the blog, so, I didn’t really care, as long as followers ended up at the right spot.

Although msslick.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers.
In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog.
See here for mapping an existing domain that you already own http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

Hi brookeslick,
Sorry for the delay replying to your support requests. We had a bit of a backlog of tickets from the weekend and are still working through them. I’m glad you were able to get this resolved — please let me know if I can help with anything else. :)
@timethief
Thanks so much for sorting this out! :) -
