  I got charged for jet pack but I’m not using it.

  The account you used to post here doesn’t own any paid Jetpack plans, and I don’t see any recent charges for this account. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you.

  So if you’ve been charged, it’s for an upgrade in a different WordPress.com username account. If you have another account, can you please log into it and comment here so we can check that account?

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You’ll also see an option to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
