Erroneous Charges via Credit Card on File

    Hello, I was being charged erroneously on a credit card that was on file from a prior job. I was unable to access the website in order to remove the card on file, so I was charged twice for services that I did not request. Is there a way that I can be reimbursed for this charge?

    It seems that you have already closed your account so you won’t be able to reply but, I have refunded you the Personal plan purchase.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

    I wasn’t able to refund the cost of the domain as it’s already way past the refund window (96h).
