I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

I have already filed a dispute with my credit union. However, the reason the upgrade is not associated with the account I contacted you from is because I didn’t request the upgrade. Because this is the only account I have. Which means that you apparently debited my account for another customer’s purchase. So I don’t know how to tell you to fix that, but I don’t intend to pay for someone else’s upgrade.
Also, I should also advise you that I will be closing down my account because I don’t like the fact they WordPress doesn’t have a customers service number where I can actually talk to a human being. And I find this process to not be user friendly at all. I shouldn’t have to go through all of this to reply to your e-mail. I should have just been able to press the reply button. Instead, I have to go through all the machinations.
Not good. Modern technology is supposed to make things easier for customers, not more complicated.
