after importing posts from blogger, i find that most of the pictures from my posts are not available. theres a huge white space with a redish ‘x’ box on the top left corner.
are all my images gone?

They still appear to be on the blogger servers. You may have to reupload them to your WP.com space and edit your posts.
If you copy the urls for your pictures and paste them into your browser, they come right up.
I do not think blogger allows for offsite linking. That’s why they’re not appearing.
