Hi there, are you trying to change the number of posts that appear on your site’s front page? If so, you can do that at
https://wordpress.com/settings/writing/monstercuisine.wordpress.com
Scroll down a bit until you see “Content Types”> Blog Posts, change the number and save your settings.

Hello again, Thanks for the added screenshot. Your screenshot shows your MySite dashboard. It is not possible to change the number of posts that display there; it’s only possible on the front page that your site visitors see. That is the setting I mentioned in my earlier reply.
In your MySite dashboard, all your posts are displayed in one long scroll. If you need to find a specific post you can use the search bar at the top of the column. https://screenshots.firefox.com/ex3Z8cavohTicjBZ/wordpress.com

Oh, perhaps I misunderstood you.
Looking at your site monstercuisine.wordpress.com I see that after 7 blog posts, the URL of the blog page rolls over to page 1. This means you likely have “infinite scroll” active on your site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/infinite-scroll/
If you want to disable Infinite scroll and display a set number of blog posts followed by an “Older Posts” button, you can follow the directions in that guide to disable it.

I got it! “older posts” button show up now. but “newer posts” botton no show.
