  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider, or the plugin developer if it’s in regard to an issue with a specific plugin. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  im using wp-admin but i cannot access because it shows me this error message

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
