  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hi there,

  Regardless whether your site is hosted on WordPress.com or using the self-hosted version of WordPress, this problem is usually resolved by clearing your browser cache, or else clearing your computer or router’s DNS cache, so please see if that helps.
