same problem like someone else: it occured error 136, i use safari bowser, Than I tried with firewall, and the page was blocked and did not load again, thanks, sabine v.

There is no site wide change. I am on a PC. running windows 10 and using Firefox 52 without any adblockers or the like, and have no issue at all viewing the site.
Issues like the one you describe are browser related or are connectivity related. Make sure you are running an up to date browser version found at https://browsehappy.com
