  When opening my page I get the error message: ‘The site has technical problems.’ After entering the http: //…/wp-admin administrator page, an error message appears: ‘There are technical problems on the page. Check the administrator’s email inbox to get the instructions received. ‘No email that can help solve the problem has reached the administrator.

  Can you please confirm the URL of the site you need help with? That is not a WordPress.com error message, and I can access https://shoptesta111.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ without any problems.

  If you’re working on a WordPress site hosted at another provider, then you want the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  In this forum we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com.
