Error 22

hello I created a new website on wordpress and am using a domain I own on bluehost. I had it transferred over to my WordPress site and after launching my site, it just says
Error 22
The proxy failed to resolve site from host name, if this site was recently added please allow a few minutes before trying again.

Hello there.
The problem is the 2 a-records that are in your domain’s settings that are pointing the domain somewhere else, so it can’t hook up.To fix this, go into your domain settings.
1 Upgrades->Domains->Select the domain
2 Pick the three dots at the end of the line with the domain on and select Manage DNS
3 Then pick the three dots next to these 2 records.
45.60.22.164 and 45.60.98.164
and select to delete them.4. This will allow the domain to start pointing to your WordPress.com hosting. It may take up to 72 hours to update, but it’s often a lot quicker.

Thank you so much! i just deleted those 2 DNS and will wait and see if it becomes availble in a few days time, thank you again!

It looks like thecleanestwindows.com is working now but the http://www.thecleanestwindows.com is still unable to work.
Looking at your domain settings there is a CNAME record telling anyone who enters the URL http://www.thecleanestwindows.com to be redirected to
wkygjmp.sitelockcdn.net.Does that sounds familiar?
If not, then to ensure the www. version connects to the same site as using it without http://www., you’ll want to remove that in the same way as the a-records.
Have a look for
CNAME http://www.thecleanestwindows.com wkygjmp.sitelockcdn.net.
Then delete that record.
It will then automatically (once it’s updated) start loading the correct site as well.
