Error
-
Hello, our site has an error- Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.2.0’. And it won’t let me sign in to fix it.
I am the http://www.bcata.ca website updater/contact person (donnalusher@gmailcom). I am not a professional web designer, but can find my way around with basic html etc. The site has an error and won’t allow me to sign in to try to solve the problem. The password I have been using is not working. I had not successfully changed the site contact email to mine- it kept defaulting back to original web-person. I just gave up. So the change password prompt won’t work.
I checked Host Papa to see if the problem is there, but all seems fine there.
Please help,

Hi there,
I checked the site, and unfortunately, we cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com-managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look.
It appears that your site is hosted with Host Papa, so I would reach out to them: https://www.hostpapa.com/about-hostpapa/contact/
Since they host your site, they should have access to your account and would be able to directly assist you with this particular error. The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is also available at the dotorg forums here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help. I hope this points you in the right direction.
