Error 310, too many redirects

  My site was working just fine yesterday, but today I tried to log in and got an Error 310 message, “too many redirects,” now it does not come up at all when I type it in the browser! Please help! I cleared my cache, my cookies, but still no luck.

  Help please! Error 310 message is not allowing my site to load. I am not very techy … can someone please help?

  Hi there,

  Your site is getting this error because your domain, newnormalfamily.com, is not currently pointed at WordPress.com. You can fix this by logging in where your domain is registered and change your nameservers to point towards ours:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Once you’ve done that, your domain will work correctly again.

  In the mean time, I’ve changed your primary domain to be newnormalfamily.wordpress.com so that your site will at least load at that address!
